waiting to read some hypocritical bullshit on shades of differences between the two events...

Roma fans were throwing bottles, intimidating kids and women...There was trouble after the match because they all came out with weapons and burst into the tube stations. Roma fans are cowards...utter cowards.
They were escorted out of the stadium by police...all of a sudden bottles, metal bars and coins were being hurled into our fans on the other side of the road while another 80 Roma fans went to Plaistow station and thought it'd be funny to run after 5 West Ham fans with Iron bars who were accidentally left on their own because they were at the station the time the Roma fans were being let on.

Most of it from you and Pirlo.
bluenine wrote:I have no doubt that Roma fans did some mischief, hence the inverted commas in the title. I have also no doubt that the home fans played a role, possibly equal, in the incident.
Just trying to prove my arguement (two months ago) that its perfectly natural and logical for the police to "control" the away fans in times of trouble...Freddie Ljungberg wrote:Bollocks! Total fucking bollocks Bluenine. I was there and I'll tell it exactly how it was.

bluenine wrote:So the english police were right yesterday to beat up the italians, and the italian police were wrong to beat the english??
I expected less double standards from you, Parky.Parks lives wrote:bluenine wrote:With so much Cr@p on this board when the carabineiri bashed up some ManU fans in Rome

Parks lives wrote:So you basically know next to nothing about the incident. Yet feel the need to attack the 'English'.
Found out about that game we played on even when someone was injured yet Bluenine?
Or was that bullshit as well?

Trying to host Roma fans is like trying to get a friendly match between Israel and Palestine. I would not welcome them back here anytime.

I am attacking all you ManU fans who painted such an evil picture about Italian police that time, you can just see why Italians must be feeling the same about english police at the mo...Parks lives wrote:So you basically know next to nothing about the incident. Erm...us home fans wanted to get home. Some people got home an hour or so later because of the train hold up caused by Roma fans on the Eastbound district line. Why the f@ck would we start on a bunch of Roma fans in a friendly? They didn't like the fact we were singing for Di Canio and that is what they reacted to.
Trying to host Roma fans is like trying to get a friendly match between Israel and Palestine. I would not welcome them back here anytime.

You are making no sense at all. The two have nothing to do with each other for a starter.
I'll leave you to have your rant about all things Italian being superior to all things English.
