Apparantely this rumour is based on a crappy radio reporter suggesting he had some kind of bust up with Wenger (that's what seem to be the source, according to a single unreliable poster on Arsenal Mania, he posted the news you posted a few days ago, don't think it's true, maybe his post lead to the street talk). The most selfish thing I saw in the whole tournament was van Persie cutting the ball back against the Portugese defender making him look really stupid but then going for goal and missing, when a pass to Sneijder would of been a certain goal.

Robben had a great first game of the wc. He looked dangerous and played very well. Instead of a positive response, what he got was a jealous team mate saying he was to selfish and to pass the ball to him more. Basically Rvp didn't like someone else getting all the praise. And the result was bad for himself Robben and the team. True story.

RVP must like it now, he practically kept Van Basten in a job (also Van der Vaart but lets just focus on Robin). I would go as far to say Van Persie being the most important member of the Dutch National team now. Just pray to the Gods he will be fit & fresh for the European Championships.
