Unfortunately it won't
Still I'd prefer to win the league this season. A remontada like Madriz did last season would be amazing

For me i would choose la liga. Cl doesnt have the same value anymore when bad teams can get far and it is soo pragmatic. still want to win it but not if it means losing the league.

I've given this a bit of thought, I'd say both.
Mathematically we can still do it, and having seen our remaining fixtures I'd say it's very likely.
As soon as the EPL bring in penalty shootouts to decide goalless draws we're a certainty for the league title, and it's very probably that this could come into effect this season, retrospectively. As for the CL, the CL is our bitch, we dick on the CL and we'll win it if and when we please

Not really we would be mocked by all our rivals if we would lose the league, we have enough rivalry outside football as it is already but in terms of prestige there is no competition i would want to win the most.
And we have been sucessefull in the last 20 years or so, before that it was much more rare for us to win it.
Even if you win a league in one of a big 3 leagues you feel pretty much at the top WITHIN your country, but to reach european/world glory you need to win the Champions/European Cup.

True, hence I dont believe Arsenal fans rather win the league then the EC. And if you asked them this question two years ago Im sure they would have voted the CL

As a gooner, the Champions league would be my prefered league win simply because we've never won it.
I'd rather Roma won the Serie A because of Inter's strong hold on the league.
