Really? All I can remember from being on the end of a 2-0 beating at St Mary's in (I think) 2003 was endless rounds of 'Are you watching Pompey scum?' Any club that sings more about their rivals than themselves has a problem. Man U fans very much included.

Also I saw Saints-Leeds in 2005 (?). Saints were 3-0 up at the break. with 10 mins to go Leeds had pulled it back to 3-3 and people were streaming out of the stadium. What's that about?

They actually did that last time I went there (the derby, last december), the guitar and everything! It was awesome, the whole stadium standing and singing at the few milan fans scattered around

I guess even the usually quiet Inter fans come out of their shell in a derby! I guess I got the best atmosphere coz we were sitting next to the ultras.
