    What does this mean?

I would take Garcia back in an instant. If it wasn't for Yossi Benayoun's brilliant transformation in this second half of the season we'd be less creative than an lrd post.

"Fuera por decisión técnica" means they were left out by the manager, even though they are match-fit and not suspended. ie. available to play but dropped.

    Cana "kun is not great"

    http://www.goal.com/en/news/12/spain/2009/03/07/1142790/sergio-aguero-is-too-inconsistent-to-be-considered-great-yet-fabi

Come on Kun at least make it look respectable 7-1.

    Blame Cana for that.

Atletico's teenager Nacho Camacho will start in midfield tonight, alongside Assuncao. Despite his lack of experience, it gives me much more confidence than seeing Maniche there.

Sounds like Heitinga will be replacing Pablo in the centre of defence as well.

I remember he got his debut last year in the Barca game I believe and did quite well. For some reason he didn't get a chance but Assuncao who offers little if anything has played alot of games and the same with Maniche who has never impressed me for Atletico. What happened with Raul Garcia?

Im not just talking this game though. He should be a sure starter but Assuncao and Maniche have gotten a lot of games imo. I could understand if Raul Garcia had been crap but those two(Assuncao/Maniche) have rarely impressed.

Raul Garcia has been a regular since Abel Resino took over. Not sure why Aguirre had faith in Maniche because Raul Garcia is a much better player.

Anyhow, I'm off to watch the match. Hopefully I'll be back on here to celebrate a victory a bit later on!

Entran Michel Salgado e Higuaín por Heinze y Guti.

    Salgado cheers
    But Heinze goes off Sad
    And Higuain comes on Sad

And looks like Guti has his usual shit game after 1 or 2 good ones, and opening his mouth too much in between.

Kun Aguero really bottled it tonight, still cant believe he stopped for non existent penalty.

We didn't play well enough and Atletico should have won the game with all those counter attacking chances. The midfield lacked shape because there was too much attacking and it left an incredible amount of space. Against anyone else but Casillas, Kun would prob have had a hattrick. Thankfully he has inherited some of the same fear that Torres had.
