In a very noble gesture, Villarreal is extending to it's members who have become unemployed during the ongoing financial crisis the opportunity to receive their season tickets free of charge. The president is keen to help the fans that have stood by the club through good times and bad.

Fernando Roig, presidente del Villarreal, ha presentado su plan anticrisis para la próxima campaña, en el que el punto más destacado es el de dar el abono de forma gratuita a todo aquel socio del club que se encuentre en paro.
El club le mantendrá su actual siento de manera gratuita en la próxima campaña, para así mantener la masa social y ayudar a sus socios más necesitados. "Hemos tomado esta decisión para, en este momento de crisis y dificultad, ayudar a todos aquellos socios que hay ayudado y han estado al lado del equipo y que ahora no pueden", señala Roig, quien añadió que la idea del club es la de intentar compensar este gasto con un fondo común, en el que se intentará que aporten todos aquellos que económicamente puedan.
