No mention of Ancelotti's Milan yet? 3 CL finals in 5 years, winning 2 of them. Plus a league title.

The Egyptian league has no credibility. It's like nominating Salt Lake or the Canadian Buffalo's. Lets keep it realistic.

Al-Ahly are clearly the best team in Africa in that period. Anyone who followed African football would know that. Several African players started their careers in African teams like ASEC Mimosas or Hearts of Oak or Orlando Pirates for example, none of whom were as successful as Al-Ahly in those five years. No African football fan denies the achievements of Al-Ahly - even El Zamalek supporters acknowledge their achievements. Even European managers and coaches scout African football and are knowledgeable about it. They acknowledge de Jesus' abilities and that of Al-Ahly. De Jesus won a Portuguese Coach of the Year award against the likes of Mourinho for his achievements in Egyptian football.

Egypt's infrastruccture was the envy of Africa and players stayrf by choice. That began to change after ACN in 2008. Have you even seen an Egyptian match, or even an African one? Coming from a person who welcomed Manucho for one goal when the Egyptians, playing in that league dominated the tournament, your dismissal of Egyptian football in that period shows how little you know about Egyptian football. Your opinion of it not their league is the joke,
