Fancy Spurs against Chelsea too tbh.

Not especially confident for Swansea - all our injured players are the ones that play out wide. Fingers crossed though.

I have been a bit busy of late - apologies.

Not confident at all now with us but if we can't beat that pile of manager less shite then forget any aspirations of 4th.

We've also got one eye on the Napoli match on Tuesday - Ramsey and Ozil could be rested. Will take a point.

I don't think you should be resting key players for the Champions League. After all what's better, finishing 4th to get knocked out in the quarters of the Champions League or finishing 5th?

Have to say that was a bit harsh.

Chelsea deserved to win, and would have took it with 11 men. Massive defeat for Mourinho though that once Mata came one, the game changed.

Draw was just about a fair result in the end. We were the much better side first half, they then brought on the bearded Spaniard in the second and he ran riot in Tottenham again in a way those kids 2 years ago could only dream of.

What was interesting about this game from a Spurs perspective is how shite we are at set pieces, both defending them and scoring from them. We had something like 6 or 7 corners and never looked like scoring. Conversely, their free kick goal was almost inevitable.

:Matadrool: is incredible. Thank heavens Mourinho is so strangely egotistical that he hasn't been playing him since the start of the season. The way they bullied us and carved us open for long periods in the second half after he came on was an impressive, title winning performance.

Mourinho's mind games about calling us title contenders has obviously worked pretty well, because the media have jumped onto the notion. Opposition fans of course hear this title talk and then immediately (purposefully) infer it's originating from Spurs fans.

Whilst there is real potential with this squad, it's clear there is still a lot of gelling required. At times we looked fantastic in the first half, but second half key players faded and link up play broke down as a result of lingering unfamiliarity.

My Dirk Kuyt MOTM award - Mousa Dembele. Absolute beast ghosting past player, both defensively and linking up play going forward. Mata a close second.

Little bitch of the day award - Torres. Who actually scratches at an opponent's face and maintains any modicum of dignity afterwards anyway? So feminine with his niggly little fouls, red card was harsh but he'd been asking for it the asexual princess.
