Disagree. With Nainggolan, they midfield is set - its now at the Juve level. 3 of De Rossi, Pjanic, Nainggolan and Strootman.
Yes, they also could do with another top striker, an upgrade on Borriello basically. But they are reasonably well set with Totti, Ljajic, Gervinho, and Destro.

I am glad Thohir stopped that move after the fans protest. Selling Guarin to Juve is silly, specially for an older player (Vucinic). If we were getting a key player, maybe we could consider... but otherwise, why sell to a bitter rival?
That said, I still want Guarin sold, perhaps out of Italy.
