could see Allardyce being axed if WHam lose to WBA.

Lambert probably got a bit more time, but 4 losses in a row and the diabolical home form (not scored in 5 of the last 6 at home!) means he badly needs a result and a good performance.

How much would it cost to sack Lambert? It's after all money that's the issue at Villa.
Solskjaer who was a candidate last time around is available for almost no compensation,
so it's down to Lambert's contract.

If Villa lose again then Lambert really has to go. It's a game Villa should be winning at home - Swansea are very hit and miss now and mostly miss.

United and City will win very comfortably indeed.

Think Newcastle might get a point vs Arsenal. Everton to beat Southampton for me.

    Spurs and Liverpool draws....

If we play like we did vs City then I can't see how we won't at least score 1 but our defence worries me and Mourinho will probably play some tricks with the ref to give a penalty for Skrtel holding onto shirts or Suarez biting Ivanovic.

I don't personally think Lambert has to go, but the problem is now once some fans start demanding it and the media latches on, it keeps cycling round till it happens. Lambert's made mistakes, but in the context of the budget he's operating on, I don't think he deserves sack yet.

wouldn't really take tricks for a ref to give penalties against Skrtel at corners. just some basic observation skills would do it..

They already won their two Cup Finals this year. Their work is done. Rolling Eyes Will be glad to see them relegated.

Watching Norwich vs United. Without Rooney and RVP, its like watching Cardiff City. Truly bang average borderline dire. If they don't buy big in January or those two remain fit and in beast mode for the rest of the seaso , finishing below this shower of shite would be a travesty.

Palace are such teasers. They hold out for as long as possible then concede 2 late goals.

United are absolutely horrific without Rooney. They were lucky vs Hull. The fans still believe in Moyes though so not complaining.

How do you concede 6 to Hull?  Shocked

Villa pretty woeful. desperate short of quality and confidence. Delph and Guzan the only ones who really look like PL footballers on consistent basis. draw a decent result given how much Swansea dominated, but it's hard to see where next win is coming from (particularly at home).

Nope. Besides without HSWHW, I cant see us scoring to much goals.

Good season for the neutrals so far:

    1 Man City 19 33 41
    2 Arsenal 18 18 39
    3 Chelsea 18 15 37
    4 Liverpool 18 22 36
    5 Everton 18 12 34
    6 Man Utd 19 10 34
    7 Newcastle 18 6 33
    8 Tottenham 18 -5 31

It hasnt been that close for a while.

6 wins in a row is title form. United have had piss poor teams in the past that have won the title. Rooney is back for midweek and RVP will be back before too long - Fletcher and Carrick also nearing fitness.

United just know how to win - it's not pretty, it's often corrupt but they win.

Not counting them out until March if they're more than 8 points behind by then.

City got injuries at the worst time but are scrapping wins as well, something still not perfect about them for me.
