Abysmal from us tonight. After a laughable pre-season, the games against Manchester United and Arsenal seemed to suggest we were at least more organised at the back, but I guess it's not hard to look organised when all you're doing is sitting.

Cisse has been shit for over three years, and the crux of the issue is that he's a relentless idiot with bad character. I've never watched a more stupid footballer: he does none of the basics properly, puts in no effort, and seems oblivious to it all. Sissoko is rarely much better. And Thauvin looks skilled and fairly strong but he has no acceleration.

It's obvious that we need to drop Wijnaldum back beside Anita. And purely theoretically, it's clear we need some pace in the attack: at least one of Aarons and Perez should always start. But worse, they were our two best players in pre-season, while Perez was one of the only players to emerge from last season with any credibility. He should be the first player picked. How long has it been since a Newcastle player was selected based on performances?

It's still early, but from an attacking perspective I think we'd have been much stronger had we flogged Cisse and Sissoko, kept Sammy Ameobi, and brought in Austin. And again, we desperately need to sort the centre of midfield. No competition at full-back isn't going to help either.

Cisse and Sissoko are both thick as mince, i'm not being racist when I say that. Cisse put in a 0/10 performance tonight, it was literally as bad as you can possibly get from a striker. I think our biggest issue is a huge intelligence deficit, many of our players are really fucking stupid, while arguably our two most intelligent(Perez and SDJ) are on the bench.

How many dark players you have again? I think there is your answer

Wijnaldum as nr 10? Even in the EPL that would fail

I can't blame it on skin colour when we've got Jack "the Ghost" Clogback in the team, he's the worst midfielder i've seen be a regular starter at the club, and he seems to be guaranteed 90 minutes every week. scratch

They aren't, but he's not an odious c**t which makes a nice change. I don't really understand him, he talks players up and then doesn't play them, this week he was saying De Jong is like Teddy Sheringham, then he doesn't play him and starts BenjaniCisse upfront. At the moment he's sticking with things that aren't working, which is going to get annoying really fast.

Yeah he'll do that.. Bear in mind this is a guy (great, at times, for us though he was) who played Boateng as a right winger for a little while.. And then Ray Parlour. And who only started to play Downing because of injury problems in the team despite all evidence pointing to the fact he should've been starting for a while.

And fucked Juninho around. And often picked Michael Ricketts over any of Job, Nemeth or Maccarone.

It's possible your great hope is injuries forcing him to figure out his best side. He's certainly not odious though you're right. But he will consistently say everything and everyone is magnificent.

I don't know why you're laughing, his stock is always at it's highest when he's been injured for a while.

They got beaten a team whose front 6 contained:

    A Big Black DM

    A black winger

    A White english PGD CM

A Big power Black striker (replaced by a big power white Striker)

A Part African, Part Indian no.10 (seriously though, I know he's from Réunion, but wtf is Payet?)

And only Midget Latin (replaced by a black midfielder).

Basically it was an AFCON match where one team never showed up.

True, it was like Ivory coast vs Togo

But the problem is at Newcastle, they are well yelly at those fine players Wham has.

Watch them raid the Goldcoast next year to get themselves bigger specimen.

Newcastle wont learn from their mistake!

There needs to be change of culture. FAST

Cause soon both Wham and Spurs will be leagues ahead of them with their new stadiums.

    Also, what futu

Spurs have been ahead of us for a long time, and they're still unhappy, and West Ham will be giving tickets away to fill that white Elephant. Anyway without a sugar daddy what are we actually competing for? The bragging rights of finishing 7th or 8th? Who knows, if we do really well it could be 5th or 6th? Oh wow. Rolling Eyes

I generally agree with Herr Fey though affraid We need 2 CM's that are intelligent and good on the ball. The club needs to stop seeing Sissoko as a big player, he's not, if a rich club is stupid enough to bid good money for him in January or next summer let him go. Cisse, Haidara, and Cack Jogback should be nowhere near the first team. I've decided Haidara is just an athlete aswell, i'm writing him off.

Mbemba will be a very good player for us though. <Ale>
