What do you make of him?

He's non-stop scoring this season. Fast and strong, decent tecnique and dribbling. Finishing a bit questionable.

I think he'd be good at a better club.
West Ham should bid Zamoron, Kantchesky and Moron Harewood in a swap deal for him. Smile

Hard to judge as he is playing in the championship. At that level defenders cant deal with very fast and direcr strikers like Kamara or Huckerby a few years back. Doing well in the prem is a totally different story.

I dont think Kamara is the answer....leave Harewood out of this waft...I get pissed off with fans who slag off players and then praise them whn they do well.

Harewood avearges 15 goals a season for West Ham...a record that cannot be grumbled at, I'd rather have him than Kamara any day

Harewood fluked it last season though IMO.

Sure, hes a 15 a season man in the Championship but I'm not so sure in the Premiership, still a useful player to have though when theres a need to go direct.

Whats the plan with Tevez anyhow?

Saw a training clip on SSN and he looked thoroughly disinterested...

Tevez is clearly unfit....until he gets his fitness to a decent level I cant see him starting.

No way Sheringham will be dropped after Sunday....But m personally would play the pair of them ok

Lack of motivation of the proliferation of KFC stores was too much for him?

Have never liked him. His diving sometimes rivals some of the worst. Has been good this season however. Missed plenty against Brum at the weekend. As Goater says playing in the Prem is a completely different thing.

Did he put in a transfer request when they went down?

Kamara can be very good. I remember him at Modena - and there's an excellent player just begging to be dragged out. He also showed a lot of glimpses of this in his stay at Portsmouth.

I think motivation, discipline & on-field awareness are his biggest problems, otherwise if you look at his raw attributes - quick, skilful, and strikes a ball well with either foot.

The Championship to Kamara is like it was for Saha at Fulham - easy meat... He's a EPL-class player, no doubt IMO. & he's got 10-times the talent of Harewood and Zamora put together ok

Yeh, thought he was older myself but at 23 he has plenty of time ok

Still not sure he has the right attitude or drive to make it as a top striker but then again I would have said the same about Saha five years ago

I think he would be good for a mid table team in the premiership. Him and Gera will get West Brom back up if they don't then they will leave.

Redknapp may well give him another chance, he brought him to England and described him as a 'rough diamond' so perhaps a January move to Pompey.

Needs to play for a manager that motivates him more though - O'Neill or Pearce would be good for him

I don't think so. Kamara is quality in the championship, as you say fast and strong with decent tecnique and his finishing at any level is and would be questionable, really, the amount of chances he will get throughout a game is ridiculous; a bit like Earnshaw really though Kamara isnt as much a 'problem player' as Earnshaw but still he won't make it as a top player simply because he converts a small proportion of his chances though I'm happy with him at staying at the Hawthorns for a few more years yet

Yet Derby still sold him for just £500,000, awful deal if I've ever seen one. Idiakez as you say has the quality to be a Premiership player, but is just disinterested some days. Similar to Safri at Norwich.
