Prosecutor Henry John Woodcock is investigating claims of a black market in paparazzi photographs, forcing celebrities and players to pay bribes of up to £100,000 to avoid compromising pictures being published.
The investigation began after Inter striker Adriano suggested he had been asked to pay up so that photos of him at a party would not reach the media.
