Its hard to see exactly what's going on there but you can see from the Evening Standard pictures that the Chelsea twat who's on loan (Smith) put the boot in while the chinese player was down.
I know its hard to observe Queensbury rules when the adrenaline is flowing but pucnching, slamming is one thing - putting the boot in while somone's on the floor is a no no.
Anyone who can be identified as doing so should have a lengthy ban.
