Its 4-4-2 that changes everything. And despite having Flumps, Mourinho is using wingers. Kalou is an excellent link up player too.

They're attacking because they're using wingers, two strikers and a 4-4-2. This combination hasn't exactly been Mourino's trademark at Chelsea.
