I agree, too many Man U fans. To call them inbred is harsh though, morons is more precise.Sir Harry Flashman wrote:Kimbo wrote:What's your point?Sir Harry Flashman wrote:There are NO Everton fans on this board!

Grant confirms why Mourinho was sacked in his favour by bringing off a winger and a striker in favour of 2 defenders sexy football

Very solid performance from Chelsea. Might have been very different if one of those chances around 60 mins had gone in for Everton. A good game.

Chelsea won't be as open as us. I can see them smothering the Spurs attack. Makalele had and excellent game today, though should have been sent off for shushing (index finger to lips) the Ref. Cech looked shaking from long balls but made a few excellent saves. Neville was the worst player on the pitch, he can't past forward for toffee.L r d wrote:Tottenham v Chelsea, another all London final. Should be an interesting game.

So, the game was exiting and fluid. Chelsea were definitely watchable and both teams made it a great match. So far for the neutrals - CC > FA cup.Herdís Sigurgrímsdóttir wrote:Grant confirms why Mourinho was sacked in his favour by bringing off a winger and a striker in favour of 2 defenders sexy football

We're a far more potent team attacking wise than Everton though. I don't fear our ability to create, we can do it against anyone. It'll be how we get a hold of Midfield, and defend that'll be more important.

J Cole has a) played fewer games than Ronaldo and is b) a winger and c) not a free kick nor penalty taker.

It will be an interesting game but Chelsea are unlikely to serve the game up on a plate like we did last night

Plus he has vision, can dribble in tight spaces, can make most passes and can curl his shots.S4P wrote:Sir Harry Flashman wrote:J Cole = 6 goals

I thought all of the back 6 (Cech & Maka included) played superbly. Anelka did OK considering his role, what does the man have to do to score though? Malouda and J Cole were largely ineffective but what end product from the pair of them. Sidwell was the only disappointment - I'm not sure whether it's due to a lack of matches or whether it's simply because he's playing in a better team (no offence to Reading but you're going to look better in a midfield of Stephen Hunt's for example, whereas at Chelsea you're not going to shine as much when playing alongside Essien, Ballack, Mikel and Makelele).

Ofcourse. One off game. But much harder Team to score against and with the returning African nation players, it won't be an easy task. Hopefully spur of winning a trophy and Ramos's Cup-ties record will sway it for us...

As if. Pennant has never shown any great talent IMO. He had a decent, but overrated, cross, and that was it. I thought it then and i think it now. I even rate Lennon higher.

Kimbo you silly Geordie, I'm not getting sucked into this.
Pennant's father owns a brothel, heroin and crack den in Nottinghamshire http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/1301_pennant.shtml
