How many Premiership mangers do you think could get Liverpool to finish 4th in the league using the current squad of players available to Rafael Benitez?

About the same number who could take the richest club in the world to only one european final in about 15 years

All of them apart from, erm, err, I really can't think of any. I think someone like Les Reed could get them 4th. Seriously.

Pool will still finish 4th. I'd even go as far as betting glenn's house on them doing so.

The best team in Europe doesn't always win the Champions League, Liverpool are proof of this.
If Liverpool were playing Middlesbrough yesterday in Europe then Liverpool probably would have won the match on penalties.
But in the Premiership, a draw after 90+ mins = 1 point.

Basically, you're asking for a list of Premiership managers better than Benitez. So:
Ferguson
Wenger
O'Neill
Redknapp
Moyes
Sven
Ramos (possibly)
I reckon they could all do Benitez's job better than him, though I concede that Moyes and Redknapp is a bit of a punt.

I agree with that list and i also think Mark Hughes could get Liverpool to finish in the top 4.

Let's see if he can rescue Blackburn from their recent slump and recapture some of what they had in the opening months of the season. If he can then sure, add him to the list.
