Re: Curbs a goner
Why on earth would they post their manager supports another club? (I believe you, just wondering, guess you can expect anything at West Ham). Maybe somebody hacked them.The-Frank-Tavern wrote:It was just posted on West Ham's official site then deleted. Weird.

My mistake (thanks for informing me). See gooner everywhere (thought he confessed he supported us) & I need sleep, am impatient & dyslexicDark Savante wrote:Doesnt he mean hes sacked.De Guzman wrote:Why on earth would they post their manager supports another club? Well I had a few to many yesterday, since it finally was a great day for a belated St Totteringham Day celebration. Still have a herd of elephants stampeding in my head.Allez les rouges wrote:I laughed when I saw that, thought it was a piece of genius wit on your part Guz! ah well, was a far more entertaining story

Re: Curbs a goner
It seems somewhat excessive as far as I'm concerned. I know Deano likes him and would have been happy to have him back at the club; that, alternately, a lot of West Ham fans dislike him for the way he left the club, and in this respect he's perhaps wanted to make amends. And Curbishley hasn't been doing well at West Ham. But to kill him! Such a thing! He's been doing well since moving to Portsmouth, he's scored a few goals, validating the move from Tottenham, and I think he'd have done best to keep himself out of the matter all together. How exactly did he do it - how did Curbishley 'go'?

Re: Curbs a goner
What's going on in this thread? Is Curbs sacked? Or has his secret of being a Millwall supporter emerged? Why has Defoe been killed?

Re: Curbs a goner
It's completely untrue tbh...
As I said...I want Curbishley to STAY but play attacking football like we usually do. If he continues the negative football he needs to GO.
Three 4-0 defeats shouldn't deserve a knee-jerk reaction...but he has to get these tactics right.
