The thing is with Chelsea that you'd still have a shit load of cash, so you could just increase everyone's wages to get them to stay. It would work with most of them...

Even if that wasn't the case... Surely Obi Mikel and Diarra would both stay?

    Neville Evans Brown Evra

    Park/Eagles Fletcher Scholes Richardson

    Giggs

    Ole

I am not sure about Park.
Ronaldo ,Rooney , Ferdinand,Heinze ,Silvestre ,Evra ,Carrick,Saha and Smith all would leave.

Yeah Smith would in future seasons, maybe not this one. He'd just be happy to play I think and his status would improve if he stayed with us through this.

We'd basically just recall all our youth players and play them with our ex youth players - Scholes, Giggs, Neville, Fletcher and Brown.

I think its more likely Park would stay over Richardson.

Would Park and Evra stay though?

I mean these guys were performing each season in the CL for PSV and Monaco respectively, they want to be there each season.

They have only been at Utd for a year so they have no real loyalty yet for the club like Solskjaer.

From the way Evra speaks in interviews, he's just so happy to be there. Maybe taking him on face value is niave but I think for one season only he probably would, he's still young and if Heinze went he would have a starting spot for years.

    I'm pretty sure Park would.

Yep and I think any other season he would go.

However hypothetically if it was this season when he justs needs a season of football I think he would stay.

    Arsenal in the Championship

    ---------------------Poom-----------------------

    -- Hoyte -- Djourou -- Senderos -- Clichy --

    -- Larsson -- Diaby -- Flamini -- Walcott ---

    ------------- Bendtner -- Lupoli --------------

With the exception of Poom it is basically under 21 squad. All our established players have great ambition and want to play in the top leagues and competitions.

We have no players like Giggs and Neville that will stay at the club no matter what Sad

    ya exactly.

We'd go straight back up IMO. Even if players insisted on leaving, we could find some replacements.

the main problem is that José would probably leave.

We'd go straight back up because BSA will get a team of dirty foulers in. All our players are really shit so no one lese will want them anyway. We might even get rid of Nicky Hunt. Smile

    Chelsea would go down and stay down;

Just saw this thread, and I think it's quite interesting.

I think we could get away with...
    -----------------Robinson

    Ifil----------King---------Dawson---Stalteri

    Routledge----Tainio---Huddlestone---Ziegler

    ---------------Keane-----Barnard.

I think many would be after King, but I believe he's got loyalty.

I think he's become really attached to us - Defoe would be far more likely to jump ship. But I do think both he and King would leave if we failed to come bacck up straight away.

Lennon would obviously be sold to balance the books.

Chimbonda, Mido & Berbatov aren't even worth discussing.
