As I'm sure your all aware Britain is a little strange in it's relationships with managers, who have traditionally been the single driving force behind sales, signings, training and team selection.
My question is, following on from Alan Curbishley's payout from West Ham over the transfer rights saga (as well as previous Premier League managers comments and complaints) , will British clubs move towards a more continental style of management 'team', with defined roles for each individual? Or will Chairmen 'take matters into their own hands' to the point where we could see more chairmen managing (a la Niall Quinn)?
