What do you think of Brevi's red? It was virtually the SAME incident that was De Rossi's dismissal in the World Cup!

Another great performance from Roma, De Rossi has started the season very well, Perrotta AGAIN unlucky not to score in this game. Both Mancini and Taddei also put in very good performances, Mancini's directness and dribbling has been SENSATIONAL!!!

except that De Rossi totally played it up...writhed around and Brevi was unjustly sent off IMO. You see that kind of challenge week in and week out in Serie A.

De Rossi elbowed McBride and drew blood. A little different IMO.

Agree about the rest...Roma are playing very well. Hopefully they can draw against Inter so we can catch up.

Good that Okaka scored... I may not like Roma, but he sounds like a proper World Class prospect. The next Italian Superstar.

    What was his goal like?

Was a fantastic freekick aswell. Ale

I wish Serie A would start the same time as the Spanish football on Sky. I got bored and ended up watching a bit of it... it's so sickeningly pro-barca.

    for two yellow cards

both received in the same minute

    one for dissent

and one for foul and abusive language

    Doh

(3 other players got yellows for dissent as well)

Great strike - 2nd season in a row that Seedorf scores a free-kick on this ground.

Big Ron says that Sheva would have buried Gilardino's chance but funnily enough I think the Tardini is one place where Sheva never managed to score during his time in Serie A.

Good finish from inside the penalty area. He missed a better chance a few minutes earlier though!

What a penalty from Kaka, cool as you like; slotted pass the goalkeeper to bottom the right-hand corner with ease ...

A good performance, i think Simic and Bonera were good, unlucky with the injuries to Billy and Gia - recover soon!

For Parma, Gasbarroni was excellent, a big threat. Let us hope this season, like Esposito they can gather some consistency that has been missing.

A great end to the match though, really exciting, both teams attacking.

Dida was a COMPLETE CLOWN as usual, luckily today we were lucky to get away with it. On another day, we would have paid the price.
