Uruguay will probably be heavy favourites to win this one, with their perfect defense so far, and the threat of Forlan up front. Will this World Cup be the revival of footabll's first superpower?

Probably not.

I don't see why not. They would face the winner of C1 v D2 in the 1/4 finals and I think it would be hard to argue that anyone in Group C or D has looked better than Uruguay.

Even Suarez scoring now so look out!

Uruguay with a good chance of getting through to the semis, especially if they end up playing England in the quarters.

Uruguay gotta beat SK before they can think about the quarters or semis. Think it will be a close tie. Uruguay have the better firepower, but Korea could frustrate them, and are no mugs in attack themselves.

Hopefully this will end up being open and high scoring, but I suspect it will be cagey and decided by a single goal.

In terms of footballing ability possibly but Uruguay's midfield has been the best I've seen so far.

Apart from one moment in today's game Suarez in his 3 games and Cavani in his 2 have been so-so, Forlan has been good, the defence have been decent but flattered by Rios and Perez with their great energy and freakishly good tackling.

I'm surprised Gargano doesn't get into Uruguay's midfield.

Interesting, it's a dark horse for the worst game of the WC (or at least of the elimination stage) for me .

My money is on the USA actually. Against the odds.
Urugayu have a good organisation and strikers, but the fighting spirit of the USA is a big factor. If they dont waste their 100% chances like every game so far...
