At least we have no chance of playing a German team this time!

Seriously (in my best kas impression), I'm pretty sure that any one we draw will be the favourites so bring on Inter just so that everyone can comment about how our castoffs are better than Kaka, Ronaldo, etc. Would be awesome!

    A: Tottenham Hotspur FC
Can play: Lyon, Valencia, København, Roma, Marseille, Milan

As much as I'd relish a glamour tie against Milan, an easier route to the quarters via Copenhagen would be more preferable.

I'd be happy to draw Roma actually, as I feel we've nothing to be afraid of from them. They have an appalling record against English clubs in the CL, I've also seen them play a few times and they are a team lacking pace. I think we'd have a field day running at them like we did against Inter.

Team I'd most like to avoid - oddly enough, Valencia.

The French sides would both be tough cookies.

I think you have all your chances against Roma.... Lyon are really shit this year eventhough we strenghten our team and the way Tottenham and Lyon play now, Lyon would get a bad beat.... How are Valencia this year? Surely not as strong without Silva and Villa.

Yeah, its all about how quickly Serie A can regain that 3rd spot, which is definately lost at the end of this season... next season only the top 3 teams from Serie A will make the CL, which is also an opportunity to regain lost ground since Bundesliga's points will be divided by 7.

Serie A (at the mo) is 5.5 to 6 points behind La Liga & Bundesliga for the 2013 rankings. Italian teams have the rest of this season and the next 2 seasons to regain those points (relatively) to make a comeback within 2 seasons of losing the 4th spot....
