Barcelona and Arsenal have 4. Arsenal's players there are obviously better though.

Not very impressed with the list. When I look at Serie A, I see Bouy, Niang, El Shaarawy, Dybala, and Marquinhos. Are these the best U21 talents from Serie A, I think not.

El Shaarawy & Dybala, maybe. But what about Insigne, who I think is the most talented U21 player in Serie A... What about Coutinho, or Lamela for example?

To me, this list looks completely random, just some journo has listed 50 young players who he thinks are talented.

Feyenoord only has 2, Vilhena and Achahbar. Though Ake is Fey-jugend as well, and Miyaichi and Guidetti played here.

    Not too bad says I.

Well, I suppose it's not bad. Muniesa can f*ck off he is sh!t as we all know. Also a joke that they would include Ramalho ahead of Aurtenetxe. Probably just because he is a black basque. The big miss for me as far as la liga players is concerned is Oliver Torres. Probably the closest thing to 'the next Xavi' at the moment. Also Vadillo from Betis but he was injured for a bit so maybe he was forgotten. Also this Fabrice Olinga kid is looking like the real deal.

Lamela doesn't wear blue & black Razz I am pretty sure if you ask any Juve or Milan fan whether they would like to swap Niang/Bouy for Coutinho/Lamela, you will get your answer...

Re Insigne, he is still eligible to play at U21 competitions since he just turned 21 - I assumed that was the criteria.

And I just picked 3 names which immediately came to mind... I mean, even if I look at Juve, is Bouy considered a bigger talent than Pogba? I seriously doubt it.

    Its a random list Razz

Some of those are quite laughable. Thiago is a flop, Canales is broken, Pacheco couldn't even make the bench of Rayo last year and who knows what happened to him this year, and Cuenca? FFS he has no future at Barcelona that's for sure.

I've really liked the look of El Sharaawy in the CL. Isco is a personal favourite of mine and of course Varane has really come into his own this year. Hoping to see more of Morata and Jese. So far so good for Morata. Jese has been on fire in Segunda and deserves a chance with the first team. Also really like Coutinho. I think Liverpool got a real steal by signing him.

Could be mentality rather than ability, as several Liverpool managers haven't rated him good enough for the first team. Why does he go on loan to Spanish teams? Does he miss home or does he prefer the less physical Spanish league?

Rodgers has put sterling in at 17, and pacheco is now 22. With the purchase of coutinho and plenty of competition for his position (including suso), seems like he is done at Liverpool.

These lists are pointless. I can name you 5 German talents who are at least as talented as those mentioned. At the end of the day, it all depends on what career paths they take and if they make the best out of their potential.

Looking at our current youth teams, there's really no reason to be pessimistic. A ton of truly talented players coming through in all age groups, from U16 up to U21.

Germany has problems, but it's definitely not the players coming through.
