Brought in a lot of talent, but can't get off of the foot of the table. C'est la vie.London Evening Standard football correspondent James Olley has tweeted that it "sounds like QPR have sacked [manager] Mark Hughes". We've spoken to a press officer at the club, who could not confirm this is the case. If we hear anything more, you'll be the first to know.

Torygraph says he skipped training today for a 2 hour meeting with QPR suits, but his future will be decided later this week

Bit far away from Sandbanks isn't it? I suppose it makes no difference as national team managers do fuck all most of the time, he won't have to move. I think if he had the choice he would rather have a premier league club though.

Take II.
Redknapp's agent did a wonderful job of smoking them out by talking up the Ukraine story.

I know, and they didn't even play a match. On Sunday, "You can stay." On Friday "Get the F*** outta here!"christmasborocooper wrote:How the hell did it take them a week to sack him?

Re: Hughes Sacked by QPR
They asked him to resign, but he refused because if they sack him he gets a payout. I expect it took this long to get it officially signed off - protocol etc.

Surely that will be the last job of Hughes. He is perhaps even worse then Mancini!

Are we going to have a sweepstake on how long it takes '4 points from 12 games' to become his new catchphrase?
