Mental that Townsend keeps getting in but people like Dyer never even get a chance.

Some Alonso esque passes from jack last night. He has been at least decent in almost every single game he has played for us this season. Slowly getting there.

    Xabi Wilshere <Ale>

Played about 7-8 beauties over the past 2 games (Rooney wasting most of them), and he's looking more and more like the beast of a player he threatened to explode into few seasons ago. He's going to make a lot of people look stupid if he stays fit this season.

Chambers looks awkward playing RB for England

    Classic Euroboard indeed

Pretends to be some sort of a talent expert, writes off a player before he's even kicked a ball, and then continue to live in denial about the player's performances or quality. That's the pattern of all the known agendas on the board.

@Kimbo Yeah just like Rooney, Welbeck, Chambers and some of the others did Rolling Eyes

    Weak argument

It's not a weak argument, you can't make any judgements about anything to do with England during qualification. We're flat track bullies, i've said before i'll judge them at the tournaments.

So it's forbidden to say player X had a good game or player B was awful in a non tournament game?

I'm pretty sure I saw some people ripping into Wilshere after some friendly or qualification games and remind me again, what did u say to them?

No, it is forbidden to compare him to Xabi Alonso and say he's proving his critics wrong based on games against San Marino and Estonia. tongue

My stance is the players can only fail in qualifying, so criticism is ok with me.

    Making things up now?

"He's going to make a lot of people look stupid if he stays fit this season" was what I said.

My stance is he had another good game for England (best player in both matches IMO), and I frankly don't care what your view is on qualification matches <Ale>

That basically means you think he's proving people wrong based on games like today's. scratch If you don't care don't reply.

No, of course not, I'd only say he's proving people wrong if he consistently plays well for at least half season.

You can't just turn around after 2-3 matches (no matter who the opposition is) and say he's proving people wrong, it has to be over a long period of time. Anyway, I'm out.

Pish bash.... If Chambers looked bad then Baines looked a class below him if you muster in age and experience.
Rooney Yuck........thanks for the goal now piss off, the captaincy over to Milner...Wink

Lala and well well becky were horrible also.

These are the F**king games you master your weaknesses in internationall football.

No matter what quality the England national side is at, if we cannot learn anything from the way Germany play then why play the game at all. I point the them because their game intelligence is vastly superior to Englands.

Mix the game up its that f*cking simple. They play the same old shit year in year out because of one negative overriding factor. The inability to read and adjust to the opposition.

Estonia played with 9 or 10 players behind the ball. So what do you do just keep pounding on the door until they make a mistake.................Boring worthless footy that only leads to a false sense self belief for a football squad to watch or play in......... Rolling Eyes

Make the opposition want to play against you and come out of there defensive posture, give them the midfield, let them use the field as much as you want your side to use it. Play the game honestly by taking chances to build your players abilities in changing the way a game is going, rather than relying on side line coaching.

Game intelligence is the biggest thing missing in our play, this is why good young players that pop along from time to time go no where and turn into brainwashed f*cking zombies. lol! Biggrin

Apparently there's England games coming up, joy of joys.

Goalkeepers: Fraser Forster (Southampton), Ben Foster (West Brom), Joe Hart (Manchester City).

Defenders: Leighton Baines (Everton), Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Calum Chambers (Arsenal), Nathaniel Clyne (Southampton), Kieran Gibbs (Arsenal), Phil Jagielka (Everton), Luke Shaw (Manchester United), Chris Smalling (Manchester United).

Midfielders: Ross Barkley (Everton), Michael Carrick (Manchester United, Stewart Downing (West Ham), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Adam Lallana (Liverpool), James Milner (Manchester City, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (Arsenal), Raheem Sterling (Liverpool), Andros Townsend (Tottenham), Jack Wilshere (Arsenal), Theo Walcott (Arsenal).

Forwards: Rickie Lambert (Liverpool), Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Daniel Welbeck (Arsenal), Saido Berahino (West Brom).

Good to see Barkley, Walcott and Carrick in there after their form this season. Most of the squad have either been injured or have been playing shit.

Can see they are trying a few different things namely holding the ball up more in the last third, playing a quick long ball, or a fast through ball from the middle. Sterling's final touch in a one two with Wellbeck was the classiest part.

It showed Sterling has a great touch and that this part of our game is awful improve that stat we will do better in competitions.

Defence is weaker than the past but as a team I prefer us improving our goalscoring opportunities by not becoming a overly defence side.
