    Agree. Also Monaco is no pushover, even when they had a bad start.


    Also Bilbao and Leverkusen seem to be stronger than even though. Hope we can see more effort from Leverkusen this year...

    Leverkusen were dreadful last season in this competition.

    How come Roma are in pot 4? Shows how low Italian football has sunk. Also who was the other Italian team to miss out other than Napoli? AC Milan?

    Nobody. I am pretty sure they only have 3 teams qualify. Two for the groups stages and one for the playoff.

    Roma havn't been in Europe for a few seasons. When they have been, they got knocked out by shite like Slovan Bratislava.

    It's only a matter of time before Italy falls behind France and Russia.

    Yeh Portugal will be ahead of Italy by the end of the season (technically, they are ahead of Italy now because of Napoli's loss).

    True, but this Roma is looking good. I think they may have a shot at the Scudetto this season.

    I doubt Italy will fall behind France or Russia in the next 3-4 years. Portugal perhaps, but only for a season.

    In the long run, who knows... Football in Italy is so badly managed, and the money is disappearing, anything can happen.
