A question for Madrid fans.

Do you think Real Madrid should take advantage of the buy option we have on Reyes (22m euros) ?

I don't think we should either, he`s not really been all that. Before he got injured he wasn't half bad, but since then he`s not been anything special.

He was fantastic at Sevilla

He seems to be stuck, he hasn't really developed at all since he left the liga. Like TM said, i wouldn't pay 22m euros for him !

He`s not playing at that level, if he was then Arsenal wouldn't have loaned him to us

but la liga is different to the Prem, it might just take him a little longer to find us form.

You should have included a "too early to tell" option. Right now I would say "no" of course, but by the end of the season I could easily change my mind. His game has stagnated after a great start but he was unlucky with the injury he got. We should remember that he scored some crucial goals in his first few games for us. He really looked like he was on his way to recover his Sevilla form.

He really hasn't had a good run in the team yet. I'd still like to see Reyes on the left an Robinho on the right sometime.

With reyes and robinho, u have 2 of the most frustrating players in the world. You see the quality in them and see them getting involved a lot in games but do mostly nothing with it.

It would be hilarious after all his 'I want to be a Real madrid player' antics, if they didn't take up the option. I would love for Arsenal to be able to leave him to rot on the bench.

They should make him wear an Athletico shirt in training as well.

I thought this was forced by Reyes as well because he hadn't adapted to life in London ?

I don't think RM need a player like him. At least not for the first XI and he is too expensive as a bit part player. very good though, I'd have him at De Graafschap.

Are you kidding me? Real Madrid started playing this season the moment Robinho was placed in the starting lineup. He's been our best player this season together with Casillas and Ramos. Last season he was also very good, scoring 13 goals from the wing.

Admittedly, he does miss a fair amount of chances, but it's only a matter of time before he becomes more prolific in front of goal. I stand by my prediction that he will be at least as good as Ronaldinho within 2-3 years.

Madrid should definetely take advantage of the option.

We could then sign Chivu and a replacement for Jens.

He has made some brilliant saves in the CL this season, one of the reasons why Celtic have progressed to the knockouts.

We had the option to sign him when his loan deal at Celtic expired, but he signed for them on a long term deal.

He would be an option though.
