I keep saying, the lad needs games to learn about himself and his own flaws. He's suffered from being at such a big club - last year he had three 10M+ players in front of him in the pecking order. This year, well, he certainly would have got games in the last couple of months at OT...

I dont think he can come in Jan , he would be given Belgium passport but then he would have to give up his Chinese one and I dont think he would do that so I think we have to wait for his arrival.

Yes, in order to be granted a work permit to play in the UK a player needs to fulfill several criteria, which Dong doesn't as yet. Being an EU citizen would remove this need for a work permit.
