I am surprised nobody has picked up on this story

the manager of the LA Galaxy, Beck's new club, has said that quite a few TOP EPL STARS had contacted him with the aim of playing SOCCER in the USA

" you wouldn't believe some of the names "

obviously, having read about Beck's silly money they had $ signs in their eyes

which TOP EPL STARS do you think did he talk about ?

Yup, Fowler's meant to be off there at the end of the year. It's either that or retirement, really.

I can see mr lehmann being very interested in a move over there

    He'll get everything he needs

    - A huge pay packet to match his 'huge' talent
    - The chance to further his own ego
    - A public who will pay attention to his idiotic mannerisms and probably in fact love him instead of being a laughing stock as he is in england Smile

"Only in England" would the second best keeper in the world be "a laughing stock".

Keep your Paul Robinsons and your other world-class English keepers. Besides, Lehmann wants to finish his career in the Vaterland.

Which Bremen/Bayern players want to leave, apart from Klose and Greavsie (who's "English")?

10 goals in his last 11 starts Ale

Shame he looks like he'll collapse after 2 minutes on the pitch though.

you can earn A LOT MORE outside the Bundesliga than inside

bearing this in mind , it's mind-boggling why the big German guns don't want to leave the German league

    these were their offers

    Merte: Inter
    Frings: linked with Juve
    Boro: had various non-specified offers
Klose: Juve....; did NOT leave after either WC (02+06)
    Lahm: Real
    Jansen: Real
    Scholl: Real
    Kiessling: Arsenal
    Deisler: Arsenal
    ...

even the Peruvian Pizarro would prefer to stay at Bayern, despite being able to leave on a free

word has it though that Bayern have lost interest though

question therefore is why Bundesliga players could not be arsed about all that silly money and prefer the passion of full German stadia

oh wait, I think I may have the answer Laugh

ChelseaFc.com wrote:So much has been written about the £30m man who can't score a goal.

It's hard to analyse the problem. Is it fitness, the after-shock of the World Cup, lifestyle, ambition, or - hard to believe at his age - have his legs gone?

It's crucial to get to the bottom of the causes.

The bare facts are as follows: Wayne Rooney has only scored in four Manchester United games this season.
