Just what is the truth do you think?

the papers seem to think that there is trouble in the Chelsea camp, is there tension betwen Jose and Kenyon? or Roman and Jose? did Mourinho really want Shevchenko? and what do you make of his pre-match comments last night saying he "wants to see a commitment and a will at least" from Shevchenko?

Will Jose leave at the end of the season or is it all just one big rumour? what if Chelsea do go on to over-take United? surely Jose cant be sacked then but will he still walk? and where to?

    your thoughts please

I think that Lampard causes an un-level balance with the rest of the team

I think alot of it is paper hype, but the romance of the past two seasons could never last for ever, and we a beginning to see cracks in the "Roman Empire" as Sky Sports so artistically put it before last nights match. I think Jose will at least ;ast the season though. But anything could happen.

Will be interesting to see how Shevchenko's form goes after his brace last night.....it could go on to mean a lot.

I think West Ham fans secretly wish their team were as good as Chelsea.

I think Kenyon, Arnesen & De Visser (Roman's advisor) want Mourinho out.

Arnesen has too much influence for my liking .. plus is Jose 'ever' left; Hiddink wont be the one to come as i believe he and Arnesen are not on 'good terms' ..

I've seen some 'unlikely' events happen. But your right, Hiddink is not one to break contracts ..

Still .. Arnesen and Hiddink in the same room = explosion.

I heard Putin and Russia in general would be bery angry at Roman if he took Hiddink from Russia to Chelski. Therefore it should be close to (polictical) suicide for Roman to do so.

If Mourinho would go who would have the biggest say in who his successor would be?

My money would be on Capello.

Chelsea chief wants Inter Milan's Mancini

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is lining up Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini to replace Jose Mourinho in case the Blues manager leaves at the end of the season.

Former Sampdoria, Lazio and Italy striker Mancini is in demand after leading Italian champions Inter to the top of Serie A this season with an 11-point cushion.

And despite recently pledging his future to the club, Mancini -- who worked as an assistant to Sven-Goran Eriksson when the Swede was in charge of Lazio -- is rumoured to be tempted by a move to the Premiership.

Abramovich and Mourinho have not seen eye to eye of late, mainly over the Russian billionaire's refusal to sanction the signing of new players during the January transfer window.

The Sun claimed Thursday that despite peace talks having taken place, Mourinho is secretly planning his exit from Stamford Bridge for the end of the season.

The report also said Abramovich is lining up Mancini to come in and replace the former FC Porto coach to avoid being left high and dry.

The report quoted a source as saying: "Abramovich has made up his mind that he wants Mancini. Chelsea know that he is in demand."

Mourinho recently said he had persuaded England skipper Terry to sign a new contract worth 150,000 pounds per week by assuring the centre-half he plans to be at Chelsea next season.

Mourinho said: "He asked me if I was staying and my answer was I think so."
