Actually I don't mind Finland, have some good friends there. I want them to qualify too, as long as we're sitting pretty at the top of the group.

Many so-called experts in Portugal seem to think that we'll just have to walk onto the field against the likes of Cazakstan and Azerbaijan to win the games. These are games more difficult to win than many think. I hope Scolari gets the players in the right frame of mind when these games come around. Because there not seen as big games, often motivation can be a problem.

the Poles are doing great in that group - having got a loss and a draw in their first matches (both at home) they've gone on to win five on the trot
