my idea is if Pique comes back , bye bye OShea and if Evans comes back next season then its bye bye Wes.
Surely Silvestre goes before them two.

Seedorf MOTM by the way

Amzingly we can't include Kaka in that despite 2 goals !
Pirlo and Gilardino were an absolute disgrace.
Dida great apart from the 1st 5 and the last 1.
The 2nd was a great strike and very similar to one of Ronaldo's 3 for Madrid at the same end of the same ground.
They were right to bring in Ronaldo but surely they had to bring in a CL forward too - ideally Iaquinta (could have made a huge difference tonight).
For Man U Rooney was efficient for a young player - percentage finish for the 1st rather than anything clever and he took the 2nd very early.
He outperformed Ronaldo.
Scholes was as bad as Pirlo 1st half but very good 2nd.
Man U deserved it based on 2nd half.
I would like a Milan win in the 2nd leg and ideally Pleat, Tyldesley, Townsend and Earle to die in a plane crash on the way there.
Seedorf MOTM by the way
Dark Savante wrote:Its going to be him or Heinze going , I say this because Pique can play RB , CB and DMC , meaning versatile player role which is currently played by O'Shea and P Neville before him.
Evans for Wes is a no brainer.

He's always overlooked yet I've never seen him have a bad game (although I don't watch Netherlands play...).

He just needed a big game to semonstrate his skills, group games, last 16 isnt a big enough stage for boy wonder. Quarter finals, Semi Finals and Finals are the right stage for him to show the world his abilty.
What a fantastic game of football, but united normally produce these kind of games at OT. The CL has been pretty boring without us, there were more goals and excitement in this match than both ties of last years CL semi final.
I thought we played really well and Milan had 2/3 chances in the whole game and scored 2 of them. Kakas first came from nowhere, VDS should have saved it and his second was just horrible defending from Heinze. At half time things were not looking good, but we turned it round.
Fletcher was phenomenal, seriously he has been magnificent against AC Milan, Roma, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool. We dont need Hargreaves.
When Ronaldo finally decided to pass to Rooney, Rooney came alive he chased everything, he held the ball well, he made some great passes and scored two great goals.
The return game will be difficult, but we created loads of chances and surely Milan wont be that clinical in the next game (lets hope they all fall to Gilardino, who some of you were wondering if he was playing tonight) and we actually try to tackle Kaka rather than running into each other.

for the way they play surely inzaghi is so much better than gilardino
Kaka plus a great striker would be pretty damn hard to stop
