I think i'd just about agree with that except that i'd have Cureton over McSheffrey based on THIS season.

McSheffrey is in the team as the left mid mate so Cureton would only get in aheadof Kamara or Chopra.

Yeah im supporting hte MK Dons in the play-offs, i love Martin Allen the guy is a great manager. I think he has put together a good team that should have been promoted automatically, but they have let so many leads slip and ended up drawing games.

Why are you supporting the dons NCFC ??

I think the Dons have come in for way to much stick after the Wimbledon thing. They have the new stadium on the way and a growing support base - who when I visited the NHS last season - sang all the way through the match. I think they could be a Premiership club in 10 years time - no exaggeration. Martin Allen is a fantastic manager and they have some useful players in their team. I think regarding the direct style- it is always tempting to play that way when you have someone like Izale McLeod up field who makes a fool out of defenders at that level.

I suppose you could drop McSheffrey and put Kamara at left-mid

    although i think McSheffrey>Kamara anyway
they're both better than Cureton, they just haven't been as good as him this season. Curetons the top scorer in this league!

McSheffrey has been brilliant this season, not only has he scored 15 or so goals but he has set up a similar amount. He is still young and i think he has a big future ahead of him. City could do with a left mid but even if Brum fail to go up i dont think they would sell for anything under £7m, which is just to much.

yeah i thought 4 million was too much for a player that scored 17 goals in all competitions largely playing as a striker for Coventry but he's proved to be worth every penny. Two good feet, quick, strong, super player, shame he's not English

So here we go - can do it again at the end of the season but I thought it would be interesting to add up how far away each prediction was from reality by adding up the number of positions between the predicted position and real position. So the only way you can get a score of nought on a team is if they are in the exact position away or the one above or below - with none in between. Perhaps a bit complicated.... but here goes.....

3-2 Burnley - great come back against 10 men of WBA after McShane got sent off. Gray with 2 and McCann 3 mins from time after Ellington and Koumas put West Brom 2-0 up in 8mins.

I'm thinking the Baggies might not make it. It would be typical Championship style that the most talented team fails to make the top six. Who do they have in their final two games?

There last to games are winnable. Away to Coventry next and finish the league season at home to Barnsley.

I was routing for this result. It has opened the door for the U's although our run in is difficult. I believe the result between Stoke and the U's at the weekend will go some way to deciding who gets the final play off position.

Yeah its not looking good, they have been up there for most of the season but have suddenly lostform and with the likes of Stoke, Sheff Wed and Colchester on form they might well slip outside the play-off spots. I hope they make it (not just cos ive got a bet that WBA and MK Dons will go up this season) cos i think they have a quality team and play good attacking football.

If they dont go up then the likes of Koumas, Kamara, Davis and Ellington will surley be in demand (we have actually been linked with Koumas and Kamara ). However, i think they will prob only have to sell one of those players and they will be able to keep most of the squad together cos thy are in a decen tfinancial state.

Fingers crossed you guys draw. Wink

I wouldn't have thought Col U would get a result against Stoke, they've really relied on their home form to make it to where they are now, but they've hit form and are well in with a chance.

    I'm predicting a 1-1 or a 2-1 either way for that game

I noticed that Birmingham have managed to keep quite a few of their players from the Premiership despite getting relegated...but haven't their best players been the two Arsenal loanees? Surely Wenger will take them back next season, and Birmingham will probably struggle again if they go up.

I can never be too sure with Norwich anymore but I have a feeling we will beat you, perhaps 1-0. We have a few who are "doubtful" and a few that are "out" but it should be a similar team that we put out against Ipswich - which turned out to be okay, despite all the fears.

Perhaps Wenger might consider one more season out on loan more valuable to them - a full Premiership season - which gives them so much more experience if they are going to play at that level later in their careers. I think that if they did lose them they would still have a fair amount of money available to spend this summer. They don't deserve to get back up on the football they have played this season though kas, truly awful to watch.

Surely Wenger will take them back next season, and Birmingham will probably struggle again if they go up.
Bendtner - Yes. It is a certainty that he will be part of the squad next season and take over Aliadiere's place as fourth choice striker. He will be really pushing the likes of Emmanuel Adebayor for a place. Hopefully he will offer us a different option to what we already have, he can be very direct in his play. Lyon and AC Milan are rumoured to be interested in him so he will want assurances this Summer.

Muamba - No. I think we will cash in for him. We have to many young centre midfielders. Wenger likes Abou Diaby and Denilson so it will be hard for him to push for a place. Some Premiership sides are interested in him so we could get something for him.

The score is 2-2 at the Stadium of Light between Roy Keane's Sunderland and Burnley.

Sunderland's David Connolly has missed a penalty.
