Day 1 - Warnock's already at it Empty Day 1 - Warnock's already at it

Post by Glenarch of the Glen Sat Aug 19, 2006 6:59 pm

The first day isn't even over yet and Neil Warnock is already spouting more shite than an elephant with a spastic colon.

Ok, the penalty was duboius - GET OVER IT - you would have taken a point before the game

There are 37 games left, the majority of which you wont win, can we expect this EVERY WEEK?

You have been a football manager for how long? You haven't learnt yet that sometimes decisions go your way, sometimes they don't.

Can't wait til you and your stupid face are relgated.

I'd be complaining if i was him. ok

It's Rafa we should be berating, surprisingly he thought it was a penalty and that there was contact. Rolling Eyes

Of course, what Rafa should do is concede the game and offer Warnock the points.

No penalty at all, every manager would complain if that had been given against them.

Warnock didn't just complain about that. He was moaning about niggly offsides and what not aswell. though to be fair, Rafa complained about the same things.

Unsurprisingly both Lard and Kimbo take the non-Liverpool side.

No. Did Sheffield Utd have 2 players injured, one which looked serious, after dodgy tackles?

Riise landed badly, wasn't a bad tackle. The Carragher tackle was pretty unlucky for him.

If you want something really unfair: Villa taking a point away.

Didn't watch the Arsenal match - will obviously see it later - but from what I heard, Arsenal were fortunate to break them down, after the way they'd be over playing.

Gilberto seemed to have alot of efforts on goal too.

Warnock looks exactly like this really hard case we had at work who we had to fire .....and she was a woman. Cool

Sorry I'm not being sexist but he really does look like her. I wonder if .
    they are related.

    @Glenn Hysen

Come on though! At least he talks with enthusiasm and goes on about his team like a fan would...sticking up for his team instead of playing the pundit. It's good have to managers like that in the Prem!

Robbie Fowler said it wasn't a penalty though. (I'm not taking sides, I'm just saying that not always does a player/manager attack a decision that goes for them)

Adrian Boothroyd on MOTD - after the referee gave a stupid penalty against Watford acted with dignity - didn't moan like a little bitch, accepted that to er is human and that the referee made a mistake. Moyes backed him up saying it should not be a penalty.

Dignity, class, Boothroyd. I take my hat off to Adrian Boothroyd.
