Manchester United boast the two hottest names in the game, according to a Spanish study.
The football player Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United) has emerged in the last six months as a new media superstar, according with the report carried out by ESIrg – Universidad de Navarra. The study collects data of 928 players, from September 2006 to February 2007, showing that the Portuguese player has moved forward from the 21st to the 5th media leader worldwide.
Besides, the report stresses that Ronaldinho keeps his predominance as the absolute leader of the ranking, with a media value 12.3 times greater than the average level of the 928 individuals participating in the Champions League. Yet, the Barcelona player has lost some of the distance he had with respect to Rooney (Manchester United), who holds the second post in the ranking.
