A couple of decent saves from Manuel with his head <Ale>

How tall is Bentdner? Theo looks tiny next to him.

    Its just ridiculous these days.

I can only guess that Setanta got what they wanted from this fixture.

Why not play during the afternoon, like about any other EPL match?Feyenoord play on boxing day too, but at least it's an early kick off.

Arsenal football stars brought festive joy to Royal Free on Monday during a surprise visit to the children’s ward.

Captain William Gallas, Mathieu Flamini, Alexander Hleb, Jens Lehmann, Emmanuel Adebayor and Gilberto laughed and chatted with the young patients and handed out a bumper sack of presents.

Gallas, who lives in Hampstead, said: “We have had a wonderful afternoon. It is not easy for children to be in hospital so it is important for us to come here and give them some happiness at Christmas time. It is very difficult for parents with children in hospital too. I know this from personal experience because my son was born prematurely. I hope everyone enjoyed our visit.”

So how you arsenal fans rate Bendtner? i think he if they dont use him more then he will prob leave because he has a big ego which in the same is what makes him good. should he get a chance to start yet or is too early?

Its tough. We all rate him very highly but he's vying for a place with Adebayor, who is also having a great season. Its a pity for him that togo didn't qualify really.

I'd say he's still a step behind Adebayor, and its a big step, but he has great potential and if Adebayor were to get injured I'd be reassured that we have him as back up.

Its still very much early days though. that was his first EPL goal, we can't get too excited yet until he starts to prove himself on a more consistent basis. Over the next few months though he should get more chances what with our loade schedule and both domestically and hopefully also in
    Europe

Super talent. At the moment I would say he is our third choice striker. To do that at 19 at a club like Arsenal is very good. In the summer I wondered why Lyon and Milan were after him as he only played in the Championship with Birmingham, I can see why now.

There is no way that Wenger will let him leave soon. He tied him down to a five year deal recently.

He has spoken about this issue over the last few days.

“I’ll do whatever I can and won’t rest until I get into the team.”

“That is all I have on my mind and all I think about."

“I’m staying here no matter what happens. My feelings this year are with the club and I want to play for Arsene."

RVP will get injured at some point probably, and Eduardo is behind him in the pecking order at present.

We're still in the Carling Cup, about to start the FA cup and still in the CL, so a bit of rotation will be in order.
