    Tony Cascarino (the man who tipped Man City for relegation under Sven) says that Berbatov has more ability than Bergkamp but needs to develope a nasty streak like the Dutchman in order to reach his potential.

    A bit unfair...I can see Berbatov being completely mugged off in this thread.

    Berbatov is still only 26...got another 7 years of being at the top of his game...let's see what he can do!

    In terms of technical ability - about even, possibly even Berbatov ahead

    In terms of attitude, consistency, tactical knowledge and so on - Berbatov has a lot to learn before he's on Bergkamp's level.

    But he's got the time to do it, so we'll see in a few years.
