    Rotherham 3-1 Southampton
    League Two Rotherham eased past Championship Southampton with an impressive 3-1 Carling Cup victory.

    Rotherham took an early lead through Nick Fenton who headed home Alex Rhodes's 23rd minute corner.

    They added to their lead through Danny Harrison, who curled the ball home from 30-yards, before Drewe Broughton tapped home from close range for 3-0.

    Stern John added a late consolation
    for Southampton but it was not enough for his side to rescue the tie.
