What an odd WC, Chile play like Holland should play, and Brazil are even more counterattacking then Germany!

Good spell by Brasil, finished with very selfish decision to shoot by Kaka.

I don't know if anyone would agree, but Brasil looks like playing Diamond midfield, with Gilberto holding, Alves and Ramires as RCM and LCM, and Kaka as AM.
It's confirmed by the fact, that both their full backs are having even more freedom to attack than usual, trying to provide width.

Chile are great at forward pressing. So much pressure on the ball with the ball and those aroung him. The Brazilians do not like it at all.

But Chileans are making horrible passing decisions on the counter, at least at the moment.

They have done that in all of their matches so far, even with 10 men against Spain. It's very demanding physically though, so they can't keep it up for 90 or more minutes.
Chile play some very modern attacking football.

Very theatrical from Lucio...although I suppose there was the slightest of touches. No penalty is the right decision I think.
