could really do with a win, though hopefully Cardiff & Fulham will lose to stop their revivals.

Not expecting any favours from Sunderland today. They caught City at just the right time when they were deflated after we beat them. If they had someone who can score they'd have half a chance but I expect Chelsea to win 2 or 3-0.

Big opportunity for Cardiff seeing as West Brom, Norwich, Fulham and Sunderland are all expected to lose this weekend.

Everton have to win to stay in the race for 4th but Moysey will see this as his biggest game of the season - losing at Goodison would complete his nightmare season.

Nervous as always but we can only control what we do.

    Let's have it!

Or how about the dark 4 years under the Americans that denied us transfer funds, almost caused us to go into liquidation, bullied Rafa out the club and hired Hodgson as a yes man? But yeah, Newcastle finishing tenth is much worse than that  Laughing

You haven't a clue if you think our league position is the issue, and yes our situation is worse than yours under the Americans. If you think Roy was a yes man you should try following Pardew, i'm not sure a premier league club has ever hired someone to be more of a spokesman than a coach, to keep the club out of the european places and to disregard the domestic cups. It's pretty bizarre.

And when I say Pardew is a spokesman, he is literally the only person at the club that talks to the press, I don't suppose Liverpool have had an owner that refuses to ever give an interview?

You're right there's definitely a conspiracy. Larsson's foul on Ramires just as he was about to score and Terry's goal controversially disallowed. The officials want Pool to win the title Ale

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho: "My answer is simple and pragmatic. Congratulations to my players. They tried everything and left everything on the pitch. Secondly, congratulations to Sunderland they won and have three important points. It doesn't matter how and why.
"Congratulations to referee Mike Dean, his performance was really amazing and, finally, congratulations to [referees' chief] Mike Riley because of the way he organised things with the referees doing well according to their objectives."

Yeah, but I haven't seen that as a legit record in a long time. Earlier in the season they were bailed out by the officials against WBA, now Jose is butthurt that the officials have cost them their record. Karma.

Holy fucking shitballs. Wasn't expecting that.

A draw maybe if Chelsea fucked up but to actually lose to Sunderland at home? Wow.

Mourinho as bitter and cuntish as ever - love it. I didn't see him congratulating the referees when Eto'o kicked Suarez in the box and got away with it or when Chelsea got awarded a pen vs West Brom in the last minute that was never a penalty. Funny that.

Nothing changes for us - we go again tomorrow at Norwich. If we win then we can afford a draw vs Chelsea but you know what? I hope we fucking smash them to tiny little pieces and shit on the remains.
