Tristan was the best striker in the world 2001-02.

Valeron was just a magician - shame he didn't get more chances for Spain.

That was a great game. I think it finished 3-2.

Tristans other goal was a superb curling header.

Remember Milan thinking it was a good idea to play Kaka and two strikers away to Deportivo when they had a 4-1 lead and then getting absolutely arse-raped by Valeron.

Wonderful game - Luque's finish for the 3rd goal to put Depor ahead on aggregate was absolutely top drawer:

    Then came Newcastle Sad

And Walter Pandiani - Scored in each leg.. and against Juventus. Then you go and get "coached" by Steve Bruce Doh

I like both... but Tristan was a tad ahead of Bobo, because He was doing it in the league & Europe... even if Bobo's goal-a-game record was AMAZING in Serie A.

Conceicao was brilliant around that time... let's not try to deny that.

    Stephané Dalmat... what a waste.

    Not bad is it.

Didn't Inter have Clarence Seedorf at that time too?
