I think there's almost 7 teams that could finish in 6th or 7th and get in the UEFA places. (Bolton have 5 or 6th at least sewn up and I still think two of the big four will make the FA cup final).

Reading, Pompey, Spurs, Newcastle, Blackburn, Boro and Everton.

Maybe Villa if they win there game in hand.

Also, Kimbo would rather shag a bloke for £1m than rate a Spurs player for £2m, so it's pointless.

Deano hates Defoe - because he knows he's good ok

Well you always slag him off for joining us, but Kanouté did too, and you've only got good words to say about him. scratch

Anyway - my point about Defoe is that being beaten to a starting place by Robbie Keane is no disgrace. I said if Defoe got a run of starts he'd score plenty - and he proved me right. he got 13 straight starts and scored 9 times.

When have I ever slagged off Defoe??...I said if he isnt going to be played by you he should leave..because he is too good to sit on the bench at Tottenham scratch

Alright - I take it back - maybe it was the "Homer's (Simpson) a better footballer than Defoe" comment.

Tweedle thinks Defoe's not good enough for England - He must think we've got 6 or 7 world-class forwards, but where are they? 'Cos I can't see them.

Deano to be fair no-one knows about the Mascherano contract situation. I didn't know myself until Obispo and now you mentioned something about it on this board. It wouldn't be the worst idea in the world for Curbishley to come out and explain that that's the case, at least it'll take one angle of criticism off him.
