Heard good things about him...I think he'd be a good signing for PSG, or most clubs that would sign him.

    Quick right winger with potential.

...still has to learn a lot though.

Was invisble for two matches in Hollands last year's U21 EC campaign, after that he got going and was the engine of the team (although I think he missed the final because of injury).

...he's been injured a lot IIRC.

Injury prone, but apart from that lots of potential. But injuryprone.

Doesn't Fey rave about him??? As was said though he's very injury prone.

    How old is he?

Well others on here compared him with Nani and C.Ronaldo Biggrin He is 23 I believe, we must sell him cause he dont want to extend his contract.

22 or thereabouts. And Castelen is a Feyenoord player, what did you expect?

He's a very good player, but fecking injury prone. That's why he can't even play for Oranje anymore, he's always injured.

    When he's not, he's good.

Castelen has a weak body, he is always injured! And he is from Amsterdam!!!! Cant trust those people, hope we can swap him with Kalou.

His family died in a plane crash...just so you know.

80% of the young Dutch talent seems to be injury prone. Bones of glass, or wrong training, or both?

I personally blame cloggs. In their free time, they ruin their health in those uncomfy, anachronistic, evil things.

Saw him back two years ago when Feyenoord played Charlton in a summer friendly and he looked pretty good - low centre of gravity and fast but made some weird decisions in the final third so probably lacks an end product to a degree - bit like Lennon in terms of style

Castelen is a class act. Remember how he owned Cashley v England?

if he wasn't that injuryprone, he'ld 1 of the best right wingers in the world.

What would this mean for Amara Diane ?

He can play CF but often plays RW.

    I prefer Diane.
