Striker Stephen Elliott has completed his move to Wolves from Sunderland.
The 23-year-old Republic of Ireland international has signed a
three-year deal after flying to Ireland to join Wanderers' pre-season
tour.
And he said: "I cannot wait for the season to start because I really believe we can push for promotion.
"I think we have got a really good chance - as good a chance as anyone.
"I know about the lads and how well they did last season so I am hoping we can push on and go one better this time.
"I have been training with Sunderland so I am pretty much up to date with pre-season and the fitness will take care of itself."
