I've not been this pissed off for a long time.

Walcott - at least 4/5 million left over
Baird - 3
Bale - 10 - although i suppose some of that will be paid in installments but i'm sure that there would have been at least some sort of down payment

I'm so seriously fucked off about this and I want fucking answers.

It happened at Norwich last season mate. Came out with the same bullshit that Burley seems to be dishing out here, that he would only sign players that benefit the football club and that the squad is good enough when it was clear it wasn't. Worthington made one signing, Lee Croft all summer, and we paid for it.

We had 4 Million left over from the sale of Ashton and a further 2 million odd from the sale of Robert Green.

Its happens when you cant bounce back. You get some money but a lot of players will be on big wages, its happend to teams like Leicester, Derby, Leeds etc when they have come down and not gone straight back up. Its just a case of having to go for bosmans and loans, at least Burley is great at scouting and finding players on the cheap. Unless you get in 3 or 4 players though i think you will have a hard battle on your hands to get up bt expect you to be around 4-8th.
