Homewith many thinking that the league will be v close (eg within 4 points) has man u start heaped even more pressure on themselves. lets be fair its hardly likely these 4 points will be made up within even 2 months so they are going to be playing catch up for some time yet. can they handle it with a number of new relatively inexperienced players, and chelsea for example are hardly likely to crumble under pressure as they have v experienced players. you just simply don't win the league losing 6 matches anymore as was the case 10 years ago. and draws are becoming losses more and more. even now these 4 points may be crucial come the end of the season.

So i am not worried yet just disappointed that we got 2 draws instead of 2 wins in our opening two games.

They'll probably be fine - they've still got a good XI to put out with some reasonable backup on the bench. Ronaldo's back in three games anyway, by which time maybe Saha, Hargreaves, Solskjaer, Anderson and Neville will be available. Only Park and Rooney are out for any significant length of time.
