We are telling him not to score more than is necessary to get a result in order not to bring too much attention to him. Against Ajax he did enough to get the 3 points if it hadn't been for our defence. Against Utrecht the same story.
I know at 28 he must have dreams of playing for a big club like Barcelona or Feyenoord, but first he must keep us in the Eredivisie after which we may propose a swap with Bojan, a promising youngster who doesn't get much first team football at his club yet, or with Makaay, a player who grew up not too far from us.
