He's injured. (something not that serious):

Vermeer; Zuiverloon, Marcellis, Luijckx, J. Drost; Roorda, Bruins, Davids; Beerens, Sno, Drenthe.

Yep 'genius' Foppe de Haan plays Sno as Center Forward.

Happens often : the home cameras are on one side (and advertisements on the opposite side) and it's vice versa for the away cameras and advertisements...

There's just 1000 people in the stadium, my guess is you'll reach a lot more people by (Dutch) tv....

    1-0 England

Derbyshire scored. Walcott won the ball back well and passed to Milner who threaded a fine pass between the centreback and left-back and Derbyshire scored with a composed finish. Anyone watching?

What's the starting lineup for England U21? I'm watching the match but have only spotted Walcott, Agbonlahor, Derbyshire, Milner, and Huddlestone so far.

Drew Surman is a youngster from Southampton, I think he is quite a talented young player. Rasiak has spoke highly of him on a number of occasions. I'm not sure who Cranie is, and Andrew Taylor is at Middlesbrough.

Muamba was born in the DR Congo but moved to London when he was still quite young.

Taylor is a Middlesbrough defender. Surman and Cranie are both Southampton graduates. Surman is a regular now but Cranie moved to bitter rivals Portsmouth this Summer.

Muamba I think originates from Congo but has played for England at youth levels in the past.

Not one player has come through at Liverpool, Man Utd or Chelsea. Yikes

That's what had me confused when watching the highlights...he was in the 9 shirt, but isn't he the (supposedly overrated) Celtic midfielder?

Wow, so it seems Southampton have taken over from West Ham and are providing the best academy graduates in this generation.

Currently I think Man City have the best output in their academy in England. Micah Richards, Nedum Onuora, Michael Johnson, Stephen Ireland and Kasper Schmeichel are all doing brilliantly under Eriksson and I am sure they will all have bright futures.

Southamptons academy is producing top players as well, some of their sales in Walcott and Bale may have kept the club afloat over the last few years.
