Not really, if we draw them all we'll have quite a few less points than if we loose half and win the other half.Agooner wrote:Hope it's pool, but we have a scary fixture list there. We'll win the league if we go through those games unbeaten.

It's really not that difficult.
Quit thinking im one step behind, and start thinking two steps infront, and you may understand what my response meant.

Re: Who will go unbeaten longer?
Arsenal's upcoming fixtures are really hard, it will be a massive test of their championship credentials. Also they need to keep pace with U*d and they have some good fixtures coming up....
U*d play..... Bolton (A), Fulham (H), Derby (H), Liverpool (A), Everton (H), Sunderland (A), West Ham (A), Birmingham (H) so the pressure will really be on Arsenal to perform.
Whilst with Reading (H), Wigan (A), Tottenham (A), Bolton (H) as our next fixtures im hoping we can hold on and go into christmas in the top 5.

But at least we're unbeaten going into them
So what? Some teams try to win from the start....maybe others prefer not to lose
explains fergie's thinking at arsenal lrd recnetly and last year at anfield
thanks for clearing that up for us all

Re: Who will go unbeaten longer?
On paper I would say Liverpool.
Villa and Newcastle away will be a test for us, I don't think we have played consecutive league away games this season.
Is anyone else in Europe still unbeaten? Aside from Ajax I can't think of any more.

I don't think Inter have lost a game yet in Serie A. We are probably the only side unbeaten in all competitions so far this season though.

Re: Who will go unbeaten longer?
With Rafa's policy of constant tinkering coupled with the fact that i don't think they quite have the winning mentality of Arsenal i'm going to say Liverpool, but this one really is very hard to call.

Yeah straight away after i posted i thought of Barca ! also Real and Sivasspor (in Turkey) have also played 6 won 6, but after a quick look at the tables thats the lot. The likes of Porto, Inter, Nancy, Feyenoord, Arsenal and PSV have all won all their home games except one.
As you can tell i cant sleep and am bored.

Not necessarily. If we lose today we will have lost our 16th game, whereas Liverpool lost their 15th. Not that it matters, both clubs will have lost games that they would have expected to get results in.
